“Shri Jain Vidya Prasarak Mandal” is an oldest educational organization in Pimpri – Chinchwad area which was established on 8th September 1927. We are successfully moving towards the centenary of our journey through our 38 educational units and we are glad to inform that our organisation runs educational institutions right from primary, secondary, higher secondary and higher as well as technical educational levels. There has been a milestone in our journey that the main office building was inaugurated in the year 1986 with the blessings of Guru Shri Ganeshlalji Maharaj in the presence of Shri Acharya Anand Rushiji Maharaj with the hands of Hon. President of India Shri Giani Zail Singhji and Governor of Maharashtra Dr. Shankar Dayal Sharmaji.  “Shri Jain Vidya Prasarak Mandal” has obtained a special approval from The Government of Maharashtra as a Religious (Jain) Minority institution in the year 2008-09.

Shri Jain Vidya Prasarak Mandal ‘Sangavi Keshri Arts & Commerce College’ was established in the year 1971 and is the first established college of Pimpri – Chinchwad area. The college is situated at industrial area hence it is an avenue for the teachers and students to fill the gap between academic and industrial world. The College sprawls in its own building enjoying a beautiful natural setting and a scenic campus. The College offers full fledged degree courses in various faculties viz. Arts and Commerce. Keeping in mind the modern trends we have started fully fledged B.B.A., and B.B.A. (CA) courses. The college has earned prestige and fame for its academic excellence, punctuality, high standard of discipline and administration, progressive outlook and urge to serve the society. The College has well-equipped library an enriched with a variety of reference books, Journals, Magazines & Newspapers.

 As all our faculty members have UGC SET / NET qualified and enriched with experienced hence, the college has always emphasized on imparting quality and skill-based education amongst our students.  Along with the education, the college always focuses on awakening the social feelings of the students and the college is known for such socially productive activities. Apart from various curricular activities, the college provides facilities for extra-curricular activities like Student Council, N.S.S., Cultural & Sports, Earn and Learn Scheme, personality development programs, Competitive Exam Cell and Forum Activities in every faculty. In both curricular as well as extra-curricular activities, our students have excelled and brought laurels to the college. The credit goes to the dedicated work of the faculty and students. Our team is a blend of young and enthusiastic staff regularly contributing to social and cultural activities along with their academic work.

 During the last 50 years, the college has shown substantial progress in terms of better facilities and various openings in the traditional and modern degree courses. The college also offers reinforcement and guidance facilities with enhanced computer and language skills as well as making students aware of various career options. The College has good ambience helping in overall development of students. The management gives overwhelming support for the development of the college.

The Vision and Mission of our organization is inspired by the spiritual thoughts of Guru Shri Ganeshlalji Maharaj. ||पढमं नाणं तओ दया|| is the motto of Shri Jain Vidya Prasarak Mandal. The meaning of which is ‘knowledge is gained through education.’

 The mission of the college is entwined with this and is:

1. To stimulate the academic environment for the promotion of quality teaching and learning.
2. To educate students for their ambitious career goals and success to enable them to take challenges and responsibilities for their present and future learning by upgrading their academic and interpersonal skills.
3. To instill in students the moral, spiritual and social values to enable them to grow as responsible citizens and fully developed individuals.
